The Academy@Ohio an Authorized Affiliate of Academy of Botanical Art will be offering classes and workshops beginning this fall. The Certified Instructor for local classes is Diane Harm; for distance learning is Olivia Marie Braida, founder of the Academy of Botanical Art.
The classes and workshops are based on the 10 volume book series Ten Steps, A course in Botanical Art & Illustration by O. M. Braida.
“The Ten Step program contains four drawing
courses, four watercolor courses, a pen and ink course and a plant
morphology course for artists. Each course piggybacks on the next.
You’ll find as the courses get more demanding, they are actually
repeating and refining areas that will develop your work as an
artist.” O.M. B.
There are no programs currently
scheduled for Ten Steps.
