There will be new browser window opened by Google Feed Burner asking you enter some text to insure that a real person is making the request.  Follow the instructions and be sure to respond to the email that Feed Burner sends you to confirm that you made the request.

If the email is not received we suggest that you make sure that your email spam detection (if you have one) has not placed the message in your spam or junk mail folder.
